When people think of a CFO they are referring to a Chief Financial Officer.

Another version of a CFO is the Cash Flow Officer.

Profit and Loss statements are extremely important however, long term profits without the ability to pay the bills results in failure.

Generating enough cash flow to cover expenses and have some security makes many other decisions very simple.

If you are a Chief Financial Officer and don’t understand you are also a Cash Flow Officer…are you really a CFO?

Have a great day!
